How can I use my QR Code to share my eCard?

Mostly all iPhone models can scan a QR code straight from the normal Camera App even without to take a picture. Just pointing the cammera to your QR code should pop the link to your profile and tapping there, access to it.
 
There are a few different ways to scan QR codes on Android. On Pixel phones you are able to do so without downloading third party apps. The option is built-in directly into the default camera app. All you have to do is switch to Lens mode and point the camera at the QR code you want to scan. As a RedLines User you have the chance to share for free your vCard as many times as you want, sharing it via Text Message, email or whatever message service you want. You can access-download it from "Sharing Options".
 
Also people can download it from your RedLines profile. You can share your Profile from your QR Code, or sharing your Profile Link also using any form of digital communication.
 
Once your vCard is on the phone of the person receiving it, they can save it to their CONTACTS without having to type a single character.
 
This contact information is "static", meaning if you change any single thing in your profile, those changes will not be reflected on this person's phone at the risk of losing contact between both.
 
However if this new contact Sign Up as a new RedLines user, both will be connected for good as "dynamic" Connections. Any change or update made by either contacts will be reflected in each of the contacts profiles keeping all Contacts updated and accessible from every device, always.

From "Sharing Options", just tap on "SHARE MY VCARD" and send it via any message service you want to use.

Can I scan a QR Code using an Android phone?

The best way to figure out if your device can read QR Codes is to open your Camera app and point it steady for 2-3 seconds towards the QR Code you want to scan. Whenever scanning is enabled, a notification will appear. If nothing happens, you may have to go to your Settings app and enable QR Code scanning.
 
There is an built-in QR code scanner on Android. It works inside Camera app when Google Lens Suggestions is activated.
 
If QR Codes isn’t an option in your settings, your device unfortunately can’t scan QR Codes natively. But don’t worry, this only means you’ll have to download a third-party QR Code reader app.

Time to time RedLINES DEV team introduce upgrades to improve the platform or add new features. Because of that eventually your dhome screen shortcut or oyher fatures might stop working. What you should do is to clean the device cache to force a full refresh of te date. 
 
Eventually you may have to delete your previous home screen shortcut and add it again. 
 
Steps to empy your iPhone cahe:
 
1. Open Settings
2.Swipe down and tap Safari
3.Swipe down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm
 
Alternately, if you’d like to clear data from individual websites ( as www.redlinesapp.com), without clearing the entire Safari cache, tap Advanced, Website Data, then Edit.
